GLENHEATH HOTEL - TERMS AND CONDITIONS

•  All accommodation is offered subject to availability at the time of receipt of the deposit,
and at quoted tariffs.

•  Please note we are a none smoking hotel and it is illegal to smoke on the premises
any one caught smoking will be charged an extra one nights stay and made to leave
that applies to everyone in the room even if they have not smoked its everyone's responsibility
to make sure no one smokes this also applies to drugs on the premises.

  •  Breakfast is around 9 am and no allowances can be made for meals not taken,
children under 5 will be offered cereals, toast, fruit juice, preserves and drinks, if they want a
breakfast there is a £2.00 charge for this, breakfast times are always on the bar door.

• Room check in will be 2.00pm and must be vacated by 10.00 on the morning of departure
unless prior arrangements have been made with Kevin or Adrian.
If you want to drop your luggage off earlier please make arrangements with us
and if you want to leave your luggage please advise us.

• Deposits are none refundable under any circumstances less than 7 days notice will incur a full
charge for the room less cleaning and food costs. Please note if we have taken your card details
and you do not turn up on the day the whole nights stay will be taken from the card.
If no deposit has been taken and you do not turn up on the day we reserve the right to take full
payment for your entire stay. We advise that you take out holiday insurance to cover you
for cancellation. all accounts must be paid for on arrival.

• Visitors are not allowed in guests rooms anyone sleeping over will be charged.

• If the deposit has been paid using debit or credit card authorized account number,
then any payment due owing to cancellation, curtailment or damage will also be made on this
same account number by the proprietor. The cardholder will be notified of any such transaction.

• All accounts must be settled in full ten days before arrival for party's of 8 or more.
Less than 8 payment on arrival please note due to increased costs there will be a £2.00 charge
for all cards.

• The proprietors cannot accept responsibility for loss or damage to guest’s property
unless handed in for safekeeping and signed for by the proprietors.

•  A charge will be made for any loss or damage to hotel property accidental or otherwise
and will be deducted from the guests credit or debit card or a solicitor will be instructed
to recover these costs, from group bookings the person who’s name is on the booking form
or card details is liable for the damage.

•  The proprietors reserve the right to amend, curtail or terminate any contract should the
conduct of any person who is party to  the contract cause any detriment to the well being
of any other guests.

PLEASE NOTE: In the unfortunate event that you soil the bed a charge of £50.00
will be automatically debited to your credit / debit card to cover the cost of replacement pillows,
quilts and the separate washing of the bedding. Soiling any other part of your room or the Hotel
in general will incur a £50.00 (minimum) charge for cleaning, blocking toilets. Use of fake tan
and glitter spray will incur cleaning charges. Also the loss of the hotel keys will incur a £20.00 charge.
