Hotel - Terms & Conditions
• All accommodation is offered subject to availability at the time
of receipt of the deposit, and at quoted tariffs.
• Please note we are a none smoking hotel and it is
illegal to smoke on the premises any one caught smoking will be
charged
extra one nights stay and made to
leave, this also applies to drugs on the premises.
• Breakfast advised on arrival and no allowances can be
made for meals not taken, breakfast times are always on the bar
door.
Children in family rooms can have cereals
followed by bacon ,sausage, egg, beans and toast etc.
• Room check in will be 2.00pm and must be vacated by
10.00 on the morning of departure you will incur extra charges if
still
in your room after this time unless prior
arrangements have been made with Kevin or Adrian.
Please note prices quoted on room rates
will be charged at room rate on arrival if anyone doesn’t turn up on
the day
they will have to pay as it’s the room rate not
per person.
• Deposits are none refundable under any circumstances
less than 14 days notice will incur a full charge for the room.
Please note if we have taken your card details
and you do not turn up on the day the whole nights stay will be
taken from the card.
If no deposit has been taken and you do not turn
up on the day we reserve the right to take full payment for your
entire stay,
if no deposit is taken at the time of booking and
you cancel you are liable to the first nights stay.
• Visitors are not allowed in guest’s rooms or in any
part of the hotel anyone sleeping over will be charged.
• If the deposit has been paid using debit or credit
card authorized account number, then any payment due owing to
cancellation,
curtailment or damage will also be made on
this same account number by the proprietor. The cardholder will be
notified of any such
transaction.
• All accounts must be settled in full seven working
days before arrival for party's of 8 or more, if paying by cash
please collect
and pay me on arrival anyone not turning up will
still have to pay in full.
• The proprietors cannot accept responsibility for loss
or damage to guest’s property unless handed in for safekeeping
and signed
for by the proprietors.
• A charge will be made for any loss or damage to
hotel property accidental or otherwise and will be deducted from the
guests
credit or debit card or a solicitor will be
instructed to recover these costs, from group bookings the person
who’s name is on the
booking form is liable for the damage.

The proprietors reserve the right to amend, curtail or terminate any
contract should the conduct of any person who is party to
the contract cause any detriment to the
well being of any other guests this includes noise after 12am if we
have to get up
because of noise we do charge £50 and
second time you will be asked to leave.
PLEASE
NOTE: In the unfortunate event that you soil the bed a charge of
£50.00 will be automatically debited to your credit / debit card
to cover the cost of replacement pillows, quilts and
the separate washing of the bedding. Soiling any other part of your
room or the
Hotel in general will incur a £50.00 (minimum) charge for
cleaning, UN blocking toilets etc. Also the loss of the hotel keys
will incur
a £10.00 charge. No ironing in rooms allowed we have iron and
ironing board set up downstairs for you when ever you want. No food
allowed in rooms extra nights stay will be charged.
