Cheques must be received by the hotel 10 working days prior to arrival and validated
with a bankers card. The balance is due on arrival.


Cheques with supporting bank card must arrive 10 days in advance.

GLENHEATH HOTEL - TERMS & CONDITIONS

·  All accommodation is offered subject to availability at the time of receipt of the deposit, and at quoted tariffs

·  We are a none smoking Hotel due to legal requirements anyone who has smoked in the hotel will be charged
an extra nights stay and be asked to leave, we also have to report this to the police who may take further action.

·  (Breakfast times are always on the bar door as busier times they are subject to change)
no allowances for any meals not taken but paid for.

·  On arrival rooms will be available from 2.00pm, [Earlier by arrangement and subject to availability].
Rooms must be vacated by 10.00am on the morning of departure.
Late checkout is available at an extra charge and subject to availability of rooms.

·  Deposits are non refundable under any circumstances. if you have not paid a deposit please note that 50% of the booking
is payable on cancellation and less than 14 days notice the whole amount of the booking is payable
we advise all our guests to take out holiday insurance to recover these costs.

·  If the deposit has been paid using debit or credit card authorised account number, then any payment due owing to cancellation,
curtailment or damage will also be made on this same account number by the proprietor.
The cardholder will be notified of any such transaction.

·  All accounts must be settled in full upon arrival at the hotel.

·  The proprietors cannot accept responsibility for loss or damage to guest’s property
unless handed in for safekeeping and signed for by the proprietors.

·  A charge will be made for any loss or damage to hotel property accidental or otherwise and will be deducted
from the guests debit or credit card or a solicitor will be instructed to recover these costs, from group bookings,
the person who’s name is on the booking form is liable for the damage.

·  The proprietors reserve the right to amend, curtail or terminate any contract should the conduct of any person
who is party to the contract cause any detriment to the wellbeing of any other guests.

·  I confirm I have received the terms and conditions set out herein and agree to abide by these
for the duration of my stay at the premises.
